A great podcast on the ABC Law Report on the attitude and approach to the use of non-disclosure agreements in Australia in matters involving sexual harassment in the workplace. Generally, an inconsistent application of how to use these and a failure to follow the human rights commission's recommendations in about 25% of cases is reported. Its sad to hear that that main focus in cases where NDA's are used is to protect the reputation of the company instead of investing in the welfare of the victim and addressing the perpetrator.
